老旧街区公共空间是老年群体日常活动的核心载体，适老化改造是城镇更新工作的重要组成部分。本文梳理当前老旧街区公共空间适老化建设存在的核心短板，从空间功能适配、环境安全保障、人文关怀融入三个维度明确适老化设计的核心方向，提出针对性优化策略，为老旧街区适老化更新提供可参考的实施路径，切实提升老年群体的街区生活幸福感，满足老年群体多元生活需求。

Public spaces in aging urban neighborhoods serve as the primary venues for daily activities among older adults, and age-friendly renovation constitutes a critical component of urban renewal initiatives. This paper identifies the core deficiencies currently present in age-friendly development of public spaces within aging urban neighborhoods, clarifies the central directions for age-friendly design across three dimensions—functional spatial adaptation, environmental safety assurance, and integration of humanistic care—and proposes targeted optimization strategies. These strategies provide a referenceable implementation pathway for age-friendly renewal of aging urban neighborhoods, thereby effectively enhancing older adults’ sense of well-being in neighborhood life and meeting their diverse living needs.
