地下停车场作为建筑工程重要配套设施，施工环境复杂、工序繁多、隐蔽工程占比高，施工阶段造价波动风险显著，极易出现超预算、造价失控等问题。本文聚焦建筑地下停车场施工阶段，系统梳理造价管理现存的各类实操问题，结合地下工程施工特性剖析造价风险成因，针对性提出科学化、落地性强的风险应对对策，旨在完善地下停车场施工造价管控体系，提升工程资金利用率，有效规避造价失控风险，为同类地下工程造价管理提供参考。

As a crucial supporting facility in construction projects, underground parking lots feature complex construction environments, numerous processes, and a high proportion of concealed works, leading to significant cost fluctuation risks during the construction phase, which often result in budget overruns and cost control failures. This paper focuses on the construction phase of underground parking lots, systematically reviewing existing practical issues in cost management. By analyzing the causes of cost risks based on underground construction characteristics, it proposes targeted, scientific, and highly actionable risk mitigation strategies. The aim is to improve the cost control system for underground parking lot construction, enhance project fund utilization, effectively prevent cost control failures, and provide reference for cost management in similar underground projects.
